Red5Studios announces FireFallthe MMOFPS that re-invents a whole genre. Saizen Media signs the officiallaunch.
When in2005 Mark Kern, William Petras and Taewon Yun left Blizzard, world colossus andsuperpower of the game industry and responsible for the creation of successfulfranchices like World of Warcraft, Diablo and Starcraft, the news spread aroundthe globe and made its way onto all the primary game-related websites, blogsand magazines. Five years later Red5Studios, founded by the three, announcesthe launch of the first true FPS-MMO (first person shooter massivemultiplayer online) hybrid title, which entirely redefines a genre: FireFall.
A shooterbased on team co-op and which allows several hundreds of players to simultaneouslyplay on the same vast open world. TheIP, which depicts a world and set of events taking place two hundred years intothe future, aims to challenge, with its innovative multi-player technology,Blizzards own titles.
SaizenMedia, multi-awarded agency with offices in Milanand Moscow, wasresponsible for the creation of the official website for the global launch, andcrafted a set of original illustrations and graphic user interfaces perfectlyaligned with the mood and feel of the game.
